IT Support Level 1

Desk side support

  • Respond to computer related service and trouble calls

  • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for various, desktops/laptops/mobile devices

  • Resolve Windows Operating System errors, moderate network troubleshooting skills and knowledge

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, good understanding of Endpoint Protection software

  • Correctly track incidents and calls in a timely and accurate fashion

  • Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory


Network Infrastructure

  • Responsible for management, support and implementation of Data Center network

  • Application delivery and security infrastructure, mostly firewalls
     

Senior Technical Engineer

  • Windows administration support and proficient with the Windows environment OS 10 & 7

  • Support and handle break-fix situations on Windows Hardware

  • Understanding of Windows OS architecture, ticketing systems, inventory management

  • Knowledge of PC support functions

IT Network Engineer

  • Provide assistance in network (Internet, Intranet, and telecommunication) fields planning, construction, commissioning, operation, update and maintenance

  • Establish and update network management system, policy and procedures to comply with relevant regulations and standards

  • Plan and organise resources on network management

  • Clarify network management processes and rules according to the company and project management requirements

  • Plan and implement annual network tasks, developing and maintaining plan for company

  • Plan and organise training on network area and manage the relevant evidence and record

  • Other works requested by IT manager and/or head of Infrastructure
